Open Hairloom and tap Restore Purchases on the first screen, on the paywall, or in Settings. Use the same Apple ID you bought with. If nothing is found, check that you are signed in to the right Apple ID in iOS Settings.

On your iPhone open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, choose Hairloom and tap Cancel. Hairloom's Settings > Manage Subscription also takes you there. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal (or before the free trial ends) to avoid being charged. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.

Apple handles refunds for App Store purchases. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and choose Hairloom.

Go to Settings > Delete my photos. This removes your selfie and all your saved looks from this iPhone and asks Hairloom's servers to delete your photos, previews and preview records right away. Usage counters (such as whether your free preview was used) are kept to prevent abuse. Photos on Hairloom's servers are removed automatically within 24 hours anyway. Photos you saved to your Photos library with Save to Photos are yours and stay there; delete them in the Photos app.

Go to Settings > Withdraw AI consent and confirm. Hairloom stops sending photos to the AI service, deletes your photos and previews from Hairloom's servers and your looks and selfie from this iPhone, and shows the consent screen again. The AI service deletes its own copies within 14 days. Nothing is uploaded unless you agree again.

Your first preview is free. The app shows a small Hairloom watermark on it, and free previews cannot be saved or shared. Hairloom Pro removes the watermark on new previews and lets you save and share them.

You get one free preview. Hairloom Pro allows up to 40 previews in any 24 hours. If you reach the limit, try again later. A preview that fails does not count against your limit.

Use a clear, well-lit photo where you face the camera and your hair is visible. Previews are AI-generated and are not always perfect; try another photo or style. If it keeps failing, email us with the style you tried.

Open iOS Settings > Hairloom and allow Camera (to take a selfie) or Photos (to save a preview). You can always choose a photo from your library without giving Hairloom access to your whole library.
